Whats your fishing trick, something that you think give`s you that bit of a edge.

Mine is fishing blood worm well not really, more like blood spaghetti

.

I thought of this back in 1978 and i have won lots of matches and trust me this works better than you think.

What i do is get some black or deep red food colouring and put between 10 or 15 drops in to a bowl of boiling water and but 20 or 30 sticks of spaghetti into the water and leave to go soft and take on the colour of the dye then all thats left is to cut to size and fish like it was bloodworm.

Please let me know how you get on with my trick, and if you win big you know where you got it from.

When fishing caster or pellet and catching at speed,use a worms head on the hook instead of a caster or banded pellet.
This will save you re-baiting every fish and lots more time putting fish in the net.

Not my personal idea though, I read it in a magazine years ago- Kieran Rich was doing the feature, helped me win a Daiwa festival as i used this tactic in the last three days to great affect. Thank you Kieran!!!

Yes but lets see how you do where bloodworm is banned which is what i had a lot of and you can still find places that you cant fish bloodworm that is what i meant.

Me and Jay won't fish anywhere that they ban it, so you won't be drawing next to us lol!

It's allowed a LOT more than when you used to use it though now.

Well thats ok i dont mind if i get to go fishing again i`ll still give it a go you never know it could still give me that edge as it did back in my day, give it ago.
