Me i`ve never been bit in over 30 years of ferreting, sorry i tell a lie my fingers get cut to bits when they are 4 to 6 week old kits and at that age they will take on anything you put in front of them even my dogs hide and my wife will not step outside untill they are tame.

I was walking to the pub one night and this ferret jumped out off the privot hedge it just scampered around me feet, me thinking it was a tame bent down to pick it up, got me finger down to the bone couldnt get him to loose had to walk to the pub with it still hanging on.Bloke in the pub who had kept them got it to loose.He took it home with him.
Never again was bloody sore

Are colmics any good? I have been using these for ALL of my fishing on comercials, however, I think they are better for paste, I am prepared to try the hooks mentioned by Oneabung etc. I have got lazy, I think and not really given it much thought about hook type. Though any way you can improve bait presentation is a plus.
