Default balanced tackle

hi.
i am sorting a silvers kit out and wonder if this would be balanced tackle to you.
very light no 5 elastic
3lb mainline
2 lb hooklength
20 hook

im no good with balanced tackle but have recently been benifiting as a freind as helped me set my carp gear up.
i used to fish like 6-8lb strain through on the pole with a 12 elastic with a size 12 hook but since cutting down to 4lb line on a 14 elastic and 16 hook i have hooked and landed countless number of carp.

That looks pretty well balanced to me but from what I've learned the past few weeks from users of this site you might still be a bit too heavy if you're targeting silvers.
I've just started using No.3's (following said good advice), which I would never have had the confidence to use before, & believe me No5 is way too heavy after using a No3 !
But please wait for comments from more experienced anglers before deciding.
