Stephen it seems to have been edited out from the first post, so I won't post it

But it is available via google if you use the correct search string.

As for his products they have always been popular,
from what I understand he doesnt run a commercial operation, the attention to detail is superb and thats due to the personal touch, he is most probably limited in output hence being out of stock alot.

just stick with it I have seen floats in stock many times, going on the front page there is also an outlet for second hand MW floats and swapping patterns you dont like

People should understand that Mick Wilkinson makes ALL of these floats BY HAND.

The build quality is second to none. The patterns are often imitated but never bettered.

The laccy he sells is also brilliant.

The bad news is, because of the hand-made nature of the floats, they aren't readily available. But they are worth the wait.

Cheers guys.

Can anyone recommend me a few styles of pole floats on his site for carp fishing (pellet, paste, corn etc)? I’m interested in the views of people that have used these before.

Thanks in advance
Stephen

MW Peas for shallow work cannot imho be beaten
and the Cookys for deep shallow are the dogs dangly bits
the rugby ball shapes i have found are better for margins

The DW1's are superb for silvers. I now use my 6 beloved DW1's for all my squatt and pinkie fishing.

Hi Corn Muncher

Keep watching Mick Wilkinsons site on Fridays as this is when they are entered, they are fantastic items.

If you cant get hold of any have a look at the next best ones available from The Matchmen or Harrisons and look for Malman floats. it you cannot find the sites i will forward a link

Gaz Malman makes some fantastic floats and they are really durable.

I have a load of Mick's floats too and they really do work well, you can always send them an email with your requirements and get them to make them to order - it does take a while for them to come but well worth the wait.
