Well i tried the method yesterday and the results were tremendous, the bites were so positive i cannot wait to put it into practice in a match

try adding some fishmeal pellets in, or a little bit of betaine, with your crumb add sguar,
had some amazing days on crumb with sugar and betaine in, had some big bream on it and lots and lots of roach

I thought betaine was a herb supplement to fight against Heart Disease and Stroke ?
