big bash straw poll - Talk Angling fishing chat and tackle advice

right folks heres the vote

ive been asked to run 2 matches a year for the big bash , if it goes ahead , one would be in may as normal the other prob oct time ,
the second one would prob only have a small rafle ,or some other way of doing it say a 50 -50 draw any ideas would be great folks ?

so the question is one match or two , and reasons why please

In my view you should stick to 1, if you have 2 it could dilute the match down. At the moment you get anglers coming from all over the country to make a great day out no matter what the cost or distance if you have 2 it would split the field and then its popularity.

just an idea mate if you did two matches one in the north and one more southern, im sure you could get some one to help with the organisation for the southern match.

i think you could end up with more anglers overall there must be quite a few this end of the country who are put off with the distance/long day.
