Default chick peas

i have seen on fishing programs and read on websites about using flavoured/dyed chick peas for fishing bait.

Im just wondering once these are flavoured and cooked how long will they keep for?

Better to use them from a tin, because they are difficult to prepare properly from dried.
Open a tin and leave them in the colour or flavour for an hour and they will be ready to use. If left for a couple of days, they should be fine to still use and may improve as they start to ferment.
To keep some for later sessions, put them into the freezer. But if using Monster Crab flavour, make sure you double bag them at the very least!

If you use dried, make sure you soak them for at least 24 hours before cooking and don't add salt during cooking. You could make up loads and freeze them, so I'm sure you will always have some to hand. That will be just as easy as having tinned ones!
