What make of pen / marker do you use to change the colour of your float bristle when needed ? I have tried a few but some wash off after a few minutes and some are permanent so no good

little trick i was told was to remove the black was to colour it again and wipe it clean while still wet from the pen but alternative would be white spirits or similar

If I'm blacking a tip, I always tippex it white first, I can then scrape the black and white off when I want to go back to the fluoro colour. This is especially important with hi-viz tips.
