Default carp vader white feed pellets

right folks as promised i have been out testing the new white feed pellets for carp vader , here is the 2nd day of testing results

the ist day of testing was only a hour as thats the only time i had so cant read to much into what happed , but i put 25-30lb in the net in just over the hour ,

today

arrived at smithies pond in brigg nr scun thorpe at around 8am , couldnt get into the pegs i wanted as to old boys had blagged them just before i arrived , so got in a peg a didnt really fancy that much ,

any way got set up and thought in for a penny in for a pound ,

baited up with a cup full of white feed pellets and fished a pola ice hooker pellet on top ,
nothing happened for a good 10 mins

then

a carp about 2lb very closely followed by a number of others tench bream and ide all falling to the bait offered , all the time a few of the white stuff in the pole feeder pot no more than 10 at a time

it then went quiet for a spell , so in went another pot , and yes 10 mins or so later away it went again , tench to 3lb bream to 2lb and carp to 4lb and some really nice ide yet again

this carried on all day and i follwed the same feeding each time , and the same results came every time ,
i fed 2 swims one with the white and one not , out of the the not swim i had a total of 3 fish all day totaling about 5lb at the most ,
the white peg 80+lb of top quality fish not a small bit in sight ,
i also used puched meat on the hook , but both work as well as each other

the 2 old boys at the side of me was sat watching me most of the day as they was doing nothing , so being the nice guy i am i gave them a few pellets told them how to do it and left them to to , the one who listened to the little and often feeding plan caught with in 15-20 mins , the other guy still struggled , didnt listen and didnt feed

then the owner of the lakes came round , and he was going round the lake asking how things were with everyone , a really nice guy , every finger was pointing my way ,

he came over and said i hear your bagging mate what you using ,
so i told him i was trialing these new white feed pellets for a bait company ,
oh yes he said lets have a look , so cutting a long story short , he ended up blagging some off me for his match on sunday and apot of pola ice hookers, that kept him sweet hahahah

it also got me a free days fishing next time i go so cant be bad hahahaha

so all in all a cracking day ,

i am really convinced that these pellets are going to change my and others fishing ,

they can be bought from carp vader at carpvader

give them a go i am sure you will be amazed at the results

my 3rd day will be at the wekend

Cheers for the report Kev.

What was the water clarity like at the venue? Is it fairly clear or one of the tea coloured venues?

I'm deffo going to try a bucket this month. Hopefully it can give me a bit of an edge for a few weeks before everyone cracks onto them!

the water was browny colour yes but not to bad certanly wasnt clear by any means

i know the other lads who have tryed them are having the same results as what ive had , we havnt spoke to each other in fact we havenever even met each other ,

the biggest thing i see a differance in is they seem to sort out the smaller fish , fro the better stamp, the smaller ones just dont seem to get a look in which is good

Will be using the polar ice hookers on Sunday again on my club match. I've just ordered a bucket of feed pellets this morning, amongst other things lol.

Do you think the fish are therefore homing in on the smell then kev or the colour? Maybe its a combination of both. My initial thoughts were that it was the colour made them look like pieces of bread punch and they were homing in on them with confidence.

ive tryed plain expander and punched meat fished on top as well as the ploa ice hooker , same results all round ,

good luck and let nick and vicky at carp vader know how you get on with them , iam sure they will be very intrested

third trial of the week .

entered a open match at local venue today , weather warm and dry very humid , think we are in for a storm very soon
started off like a train , bagging for first hour bream to 5lb tench to 3lb carp to 3lb , went quiet . more of the white pellets went in fish punched meat on top . as before once you re bait witht he pellest they dont take long to come back including a lump of a mirror at 11,lb-4oz
ended up coming second with nearly 40lb on what turned out to be a funny old day , the slightest thing seem to spook the fish , didnt take much to loose them from your swim , all in all another success on the trails and this time under match conditions ,
i would recomend that you give them a go iam am convinced they will catch you fish they are something differant , something the old fish aint seen before

3 trails one of those only a hour and one match session total weight of fish about 150+lb

I tested the 6mm polar feed pellets out on my club pond
the day was warm with fish active just sub surface all round the pond
fed 2 lines in the margins feeding corn and meat
2nd line 12 mtrs shallow feeding 6mm polar pellet by catapult
the fish came to the shallow line within a few mins of feeding polars
bagged around 40lb of 1-2lb carp in the first hour
tried the margins two liners and then a small f1 carp fed some more corn with a small amount of polars (line bite city for the next 10 mins)
shallowed up until line bites stopped then fed polars in kinder pot every put in
f1 and chub on most drops for the next 30 mins then got smashed by a biggie
the fish responded to these pellets well but not sure if its the colour or the fantastic smell . going to try the 2mm polars in the pellet feeder or even loaded around a method feeder I am sure they will be a massive seller for carpvader this summer (as the polar hook pellets have been)

It seems that, up to yet the only recommendations for these pellets are coming from either carp vader staff or stockist's. Don't misunderstand me I'm not saying that the reports are biased, but surely the recommendations are just a little leaning towards the manufacturer, so needs to be from buyers, not from seller's to be more reliable. The Polar Ice pellets sound good to me ,but being a Yorkshire man with a natural leaning to be a tight fisted git .I'm after a more reliable report than one from anybody that works directly, or indirectly for the supplier.
