Default Lower Broadheath/Jam factory

I have a match next month on Sycamore pool at Lower Broadheath and was wondering if anyone on here has any advice on best method and tactics to fish it.

Sorry I posted this in the wrong place but can't move it, so if the mods can delete I will post in the right place.

You cant beat corn or pellet there, but have a look at some of the previous post on matches that have been held there

If you can catch in the margin then thats the place to be as there are a lot of double figure fish.

Thanks for all the help, having never fished it going in completely blind. Hadn't considered waggler shallow but will certainly give that a go. Is this because the fish tend to be out of pole range?

I always set up for a margin line, what are the margin depths like on this lake?

Will certainly let you know how I get on match isn't for 3 weeks so will keep my out for anymore results that might get posted too.

Water level is low at the moment with depths between 1ft & 2.5ft. There is a clay shelf around most of the pool covered by only a few inches of water, you will see the carp when they arrive . Avoiding foul hooking them is the problem
