I have to say a commercial now but at one time it would have been the river everytime.

I'm the same as jeff at one time it would have been fishing the river trent but now its fishing a commercial like lindholme with different lakes that require different methods all in one complex. The only problem i wish it was nearer.

For me it would have to be fishing caster and punch for quality roach and bream on a canal (without too many boats!)

But seeing how the canal by me is empty for the next year or so it would be a well run and maintained mixed commercial

Moved down south 20 years ago close to the Thames. Fishing the stick is what I enjoy most but the boats can be a pain.
