Thumbs up Hair Rigs

Can anybody tell me, is it feasable to hair rig on the pole fishing on the deck.

Absolutly

The method can be deadly, On one of the venues that I fish, cat meat and luncheon meat are the in bait the missed bites drive you insane switching to a hair rig increased the hooked fish to bites ratio 10 fold.

Its something you need to have a play around with I certainly wouldn't discard the method

I use the hair on the deck with luncheon meat and garlic meat, I buy the garlic meat in a block not sliced up.

ferryman try a band tied to your hair, just pull the band through the meat or drilled pellet. I prefer to use a small piece of hollow laccy for my band. ps when you've unhooked the band leave some in the bait.
