I have a friend that lives up in Wigan who can't seem to find a Match Club/Group to join in Wigan.
He used to fish a lot of matches a few years ago and is now looking to get back into match fishing.
Anyone have any email addresses or addresses that I can give him to try?

He has tried local tackle shops etc. however nowhere seems to know of any. There seems to be a lot of clubs that are 'closed shops' and are not taking new members.

Obviously no match anglers in Wigan, he'll always win his matches then wont he. but the payout would be a bit bleak as he would be the only one.

Ill have to tell him to move south of watford Gap if he wants to fish matches as there seems to be no matchmen up there in Wigan.

I'm glad its not like that in Herts and Beds.
