Hello,
Are you not a member of any local clubs in the area. The club im a member of has a fairly big junior membership for the area. I run matches every Wednesday night, until the school holidays when they revert to daytimes. As a matter of interest does anyone on the site know of any good companies who will offer sponsorhsip.

Hi,
The best advice I can give you is to go to your local tackle shop and ask what clubs are in your area and what clubs have an active junior match scene. Some times you can get this information from the local library as well or google angling clubs in your area. Then see what waters they control and if they cater for your needs.
All the best Mike.

Hi young angler,
know how u feel, only just advanced through the age of the junior scene and struggled to find regular competiton around oxford area. My recommendations are MKAA (milton keynes angling association), Have a webpage search MKAA google. Am still part of the intermediate match team, we go in for the nationals and some other larger events. all info about on webpage.
Another good local club for me was buckingham angling association, no web page but put alot of effort into the juniors. dunno if these are too far away but hope this helps.
