Hi there, i know it's best to fully strecth the solid elastics, but do you do the same with the hollow elastics, i've bought some preston elastic

You only need to stretch it so it dont hang out the end once a few fish have been caught,if you use a winder bung it's not much of a prob, just wind a bit more on.
