Default Paste fishing - is it time yet?
I'm sure this time last year was already catching on the paste, so far I havent had much on it this year - must be the temp keeps going up and down. Any of you guys seeing similar in your neck of the woods?

Yes caught well on paste about 5 weeks ago at foston and at that venue the paste as not won a match since. However, little john lakes at ollerton as switched on to paste about 3 weeks ago.

Hello,
I have fished it a few times recently and what i have found is that its much slower than the pellet. However i have found that the fish i have been getting on the paste are of a better quality.

fished paste at weekend and they didnt go for it three bites two fish so switched to meat and caught quite well to get third. one guy persevered on it and was 5th so maybe not quite ready yet.

fished the paste at rolfs all 94lbs came on it
and all the ones i lost
