If it's a river something like sensas lake mixed 50/50 with fine brown crumb work's well, stillwater's swim stim or any decent fish mealy mix will work, try green stim and ringers mojo 50/50 .

Sensas lake and sensas bream mixed with a third brown crumb I would use liquid mollases to sweeten it up and try to mix it quite dry, dilute the molasses in the water first.

Too much water and it wont breakdown very quick

I would also add quite a lot of chop worm to the mix but do this as you use it the salt will kill the worms if you put them all in at the start.

Also some of the method mixes look quite good for bream they have a nice amount of freebies in them I would also mix this dry
