Hallcroft 7 days a week (always worth checking though as I turned up one week when there was a 'Maver Pairs' match, & there was no open that day). Lodge do Sat & Sun I think & both have good canteens !
Not sure about Ranskill but I fished an open there one Wed earlier this year - don't know if that was a one-off or it's a regular thing.
Never been to Little John yet, but heard only good things about it so far.
Wouldn't be surprised if Sherwood Fishery (nr Warsop) do opens.
All in all there's loads about but it's worth a call a few days before you plan anything just to be sure.

Matthew for someone who is just starting going to opens i would steer clear of halcroft, it is a hard venue to master even to get a reasonable net of fish. Also because it is match fished every day those that are on the dole, retired or profesional anglers fish it every day and know it inside out so you will not get in the frame and could lose heart.

Another venue close to halcroft is wetlands which is a very good fishery.

Hi mate wetlands wildlife sanctuary is located at Sutton - Cum -Lound, Nr. Retford, Nottinghamshire, DN22 8SB. Phone is 01777 818 099 its a nice fishery once you get used to the gibbons making a racket in the background. The main methods are tip fishing using the t-bag or pellet feeder, the pole also produces and the fish average 8lb going up to 20lb. The pools is about £12 and they pay out sections by default so you won't win a great deal but have a good chance of picking something up. The matches i fish are on friday and monday but they do have opens on other days.

There is also a very nice lake behind Wetlands (well it used to be, haven't been for a couple of years) & I reckon they have opens. Just go 100 yds past Wetlands entrance if you want to enquire.

No thats day ticket and pools. In the notts/lincs area the all in cost is from £12 to £16 according to which match you enter.
