Default is this a mad idea?

place where im going friday and saturday contains carp to 20lb possibly just over..

for my breakfast i have PUFF WHEATS (get from tescos/asda)

i, for some strange reason, thought, i might try these and see what happens..

thoughts/views please, or shall i get my coat?

never know untill you try them, someone would of had the same thougth before they used malteasers or marshmallows and they have both been known to catch big carp off the top... im guessing puff wheats float on water so will most likely suit the summer more so.. just my thoughts!

Don't disregard them just because others say they wont work or it's the wrong time of year, as speaking from experience they CAN and DO work ANY time of the year if the fish want them.

In colder months (as well as Summer) i've found they can be effective fished with a feeder or method as they sit above the feed (depending on the length of your hook length).

Give them a try as you have NOTHING to lose.

i was going to fish them on the lead at the bottom, on my alarm.

gona give it ago, going for a bigger hook possibly an 8 this time, with 3 puffs on.

get the ones with sugar coating.. put them in a shallow dish soak them in milk and devoir them....eat enough and youto will look like me
