Hi all new to the site looks like a fairly friendly place, Anyway just started fishing again after a 12 year break due to funds.

No club yet but will be on the look out for one in the near future when i have built up my kit again.(forgot how much it all costs).

Only been to jacobs lake and lakemoor so far as new to the area so if anyone has any advice on decent locations please let me know.

Hi All, I've moved into the Knutsford area, was wondering if there's anybody here from around there? Looking for some decent coarse fishing and a bait shop in the area but so far not found much!
Any help appreciated.

Liverpool based. Can you recommend a good water in Wigan area? Not fished in this area although it is on the door step. I am due for a session as I have not been able to get out due to family commitments for a few weeks. Always up for a change of location particularily if recommended with corresponding tips from an expereinced local.

What type of fishing you looking for John? Commercial type venues, natural stillwaters, canals or rivers?

Good natural is Fan Lodge,its a Wigan Anglers water ,with everything in there @£3.00 per day or Spring View complex ,three lakes that all fish well ...I think its £5.00 per day there .
