Stuffed with fish averaging about 2 to 3 lb. Usual method is corn in the margin or shallow.......thats if they,ve moved in yet. In the winter its wag or bomb. No cupping in! Let us know how you get on.

Talking Another midlands angler

Hi everyone, my name is Steve. I live in Derby and currently fish at club level but i have dabbled in some big opens, Fish-o and maver pairs. Would like to fish more big opens around the midlands

Hi, I'm an old man (63) who enjoys his fishing in cheltenham! I used to do a lot of match fishing, but now I am inclined to fish those nearby!

Do you mean Kilwoth Sticks?

If so, it's a complex of 5 or 6 lakes of various sizes suited to all levels. I've never fished there ..... yet, but know a few who do and it's good fishing ...... well, if an 8 year old can pull the carp out .....

Directions ...... come off the M1 at junction 20 (Lutterwoth / Magna Park) and take the A427 towards Market Harborough. Kilworth is approximately 4 or 5 miles along the road and is well signposted.

Hope this helps!!
