Bolognese, you want to go down 2 fields from the dam lads are catching barbel down that stretch or go in from the bottom end just above the brown trout pegs

not bad going Bolognese from a free stretch of river, have you thought about joining any local clubs? brown trout, yarm anglers, thornaby etc just gives you a better strech of water without people throwing sticks in your peg for the dogs or getting hassled off the kids for tackle or bait

I would but to cover the 4 rivers I fish would cost a bomb, actually can I name shops in here? Well this shop manager near work offered me a place in Durham club at 50 ton for the year and I was considering because they have waters and lakes round Durham, or Middleburg club but not sure.
The free stretches on the Tees are my usual place and always got fish from it especially below the new refurbished A66 Bridge at Thornaby.
On the 16 I lost a very good pike there and another one dropped the bait meanwhile I was talking to a local lad about big bream.
Where do I find the reports for the catches round the Tees?
HA… My son was asking me on the phone if any one knows if he can fish the large lake near broken scar?

Anyhow thank and keep in touch, tomorrow is Barbel on the wear for me.

Tight lines
