Hi all, I'm from oxford and getting back into a few matches after 5 years off.
Decided, that I was going to pick and choose my matches and fish as an individual.
guesting for a team who were struggling for numbers ,which allowed me to fish the superleague matches.
mixed results so far. And I have been doing some pleasure fishing aswell, which i never used to do.
Just endured a nasty grueller at clanfield on sunday which is making me wonder if I should have bothered
as i knew it would be a difficult match. Next 2 weeks will be on Medley (80% chance anyway) so that should make up for it. Think I will avoid the upper thames in future and try out a comercial or two.
just need to get a carp pole now as my old connossieur z won't handle it.

We're all so sorry !! But somebody has to live in Basingstoke, lol. never mind youv'e got some good water there. Try the river Kennet at "the mill" just outside Aldermaston village or even the Kennet and avon canal on the same road. Some small lakes on the Tadley to Burghfeild road Angling centre on that road!!. Good luck
