hi can anyone tell me a good rig for fishing close to islands that are about thirty yards away fishing with meat

If fixed feeders are allowed then I would just tie a 3" loop in the end of the mainline and lassoo on a snap swivel, then put the feeder and hooklength in the clip. If it has to be free running then thread a snap swivel on the mainline first for the feeder and then another in the same way as for the fixed rig for the hooklength. Use a hoklength of 6 to 12" if no restrictions and tie a 2 - 3" twizzled loop in the end for the snap swivel to prevent damage against the feeder. I'd use 0.18 - 0.22 hooklength to a size 18 Fox series 2 eyed barbless hook, tied with a knotless knott with a latex band, tied in a small loop to pull through 1 or 2 pieces of meat, obviously the hair needs to be longer for 2 pieces.
