Default i need help plss

i just bought my new rod ' Penn Powerstix Pro Surf 15ft 9in ' . now am trying to find a surf cast reel but i don't know which one will work best for the length of my rod. i found one on ebay and i would like to have some opinions before i purchase '' Velocity 860 Surf Sea Reel ''?? i posted the link below with picture of the reel. any suggestions are welcome. thank you

hello mate, not a massive beach angler but just looked on Reel Fishing :: Fishing Supplies, Fishing Tackle, Sea Fishing, Coarse Angling, Fly Fishing, Carp Angling, Bait, www.reelfishing.co.uk . they have a large selection of suitable reels to chose. regards mark

i bought one today shimano aerlex xs 8000 for 45pounds, hopefully will be good does enyone have fished with that reel ? thank you anyway

i fished with the shimano gt aerlex 8000, for abot 8 years now, for beachcasting, great reel,

u wont go wrong with the Penn surfmaster 750 or the 850 size reels m8
