    Green swimstim mixed 50/50 with very fine brown crum.
    There are no lumps in this ground bait at all so it will not fill up the fish much.
    You may want to add some of gots black atomic cloud or black swimstim to darken the mix so it does not stand out as much in the clear wat

    swim stim 1mm micro pellets very well soaked and fed in a kinder cup
    for the method feeder ringers dark groundbait thats been mixed the day before and pushed threw a pinkie riddle

    1 kilo of green swimstim mixed with a sachet of sensas bloedmeal. Works best with worm & caster. Mix it dry first. Might mean you actually have to buy something for a change though Rob!

    Don't bother with groundbait now, just loose fed maggots and a bit of hemp if allowed
