what are the most effective pellets for winter??

are ringers coolwater any good?

If you have got the time try punching out a load of bread to the same size as the pellets you are using (remember they will swell with water) then spraying them with water with a high gellatine concentration - put them in the fridge overnight and away you go..... might take a bit of practice till you get them right but its worth it.

06 ryan 06 - We (Carp Vader) have a hook pellet which is specifically designed for winter fishing, it is the white polar ice pellet. Even in the coldest of waters it does what it's supposed to.

Ringers cold water and dynamite 4mm or 6mm ex panders depending on the day and 1mm micro as feed the darker one 's seem to work well in the cold like swim stim green...

i use the swimstim green atm
they still work but not half as good as summer lol
