Default Results for Cob House Fisheries Midweek Affordable 24 June 09

Weather Conditions :- Bright sunshine, light breeze. Very hot

    Number Fished :- 7

    Results:-

Open Match Results Wednesday 24 June 2009 – Wyatts Pool

A better turn out this week, which saw the record for Wyatts beat, not once, but twice! Mike Arnold took a whopping 132lb 7oz on his first ever visit to Cob House, beating the previous best by 7lb, only to be pipped to first place by our own Scotty Jones with just 12 oz more! Cob House regular Steve Juliff came third with a very respectable 96lb bag.

Pole fished 6mm expander pellet fished over 3mm feed pellet at close range (4m) was the winning formula whilst paste, also fished at close range, helped Mr Arnold to second place.

    1st Scott Jones 133 - 3 peg 15
    2nd Mike Arnold 132 - 7 peg 11
    3rd Steve Juliff 96 - 3 peg 26
    4th Andy Gardner (TA member) 88 - 15 peg 1

    Additional Info :-

Half price pellets on our midweek affordables (only 50p per pint!!)

    Added by :- Fish Farmer

Bob you are a very naughty boy. I ought to ban you just for asking. However, we are trying to encourage decent anglers to come to Cob House, so......... let me kow if you know any!
