TA Fisho Arena Pool 1st July - Talk Angling fishing chat and tackle advice

Well, it was very hard fishing in the hot, still conditions, then a storm! Still learnt a bit I think!
And got to meet some T.A. members.

1st John Hall 48lb12oz peg 25
2nd Stuart Gray 45lb peg 6
3rd Mark Stevens 39lb 8oz peg 12
4th Hotspur1 37lb 8oz peg 3
5th Trebor200 36lb peg 4
6th Silverfish 26lb 4oz peg 18

I was 8th with 22lb and got battered off the next peg by my mate and last minute entrant Stuart Gray who fished paste (all he knows!) and should have won if he didn't come back with a pigtail where his hook once was when he hooked another big carp! He had 1 about 15lb and another about 12lb! John Hall caught all his fish on the method feeder so 2 methods I'm yet to master 1st and 2nd! Not many barbel fed, it was mainly carp.
