The ultimate round of the league, was fished in fine weather conditions,(officially first day of british summer time. yipee )drawing peg 7, i was happy with the peg, and an all out breadpunch attack was on the cards, my old mate rich need(batchley210) drew noted peg 25. (where he,d allready recorded an 11lb victory recently) was going to be a danger. i started off with a steady run of silvers , when out of the blue a 3lb bream took a liking to the bread, and ten minutes later his slightly smaller brother succumbed to the perfectley presented hook bait(only kidding!!) another run of silvers and 1.5lb crucian took my final tally to 9lb dead. a comfortable victory and over all league winner,flier peg 25 had failed to produce the goods for my old mucker. nice way to end the series.
