Small Heath GU Canal 26th April 19 fished

1st Merv Rogers............14..10..8.....Sensas R & D
2nd Dave Lloyd...............13..11..4.....Fox Match
3rd Bob Taylor.................10..1..10....Jets MG
4th Lee Woodhouse........9..7..3....... Trabucco MidlandsVDE
5th Andy Curless..............7..15..7......Fox Black Horse
6th Simon Preece............7..8..11.....Trabucco MidlandsVDE

This week it fished well with a proper weight from Merv Rogers (peg 21 )who had some hemp roach and squat fish against the wall to take the match away from Dave Lloyd who had another cracking weight of (peg 59 ) who fished squat 3/4 qtrs across.Bob Taylor fished squat off (peg 67 )for the 3rd double figure weight

no bri i had a 5 hour lesson from them watched and learned. there were some cracking anglers there today

Funny venue!!!!!!

On most canals you need to catch consistantly to put a decent weight together, on these matches you think you are not catching quick enough so keep trying things to up the catch rate when if you keep at it the weight soon adds up.

what you feeding them on Larry?....bloody lead!

we walk down most evenings lee and just feed um hemp... bread and ocasionally when i can get it pure salmon fry.......ohhh bye the bye pellets are now banned at cornerstone along with B & J
