As I was away for the weekend, I only have sketchy details of the match but as I understand it, the fish were mostly down the margins and those who fished the pole did better than those on the feeder. Darren Clarke won the match with 62lb odd and all of his fish were caught down the margins to his left off peg 11 (peg 12 wasn't in). He said that he felt the bulk of the fish were in the shallows from about peg 13 to 20. Darren Sparrow didn't weigh in but tells me that the tree end of the lake and the reeds to the right of peg 1 were solid with fish as well.

Rough weights -
1st Darren Clarke 62lb odd
2nd Keith Gooderham 52lb 8oz
3rd Peter Binks 40lb something
4th Richard Reynolds 39lb Odd
and there was a few other 30`s as well,

The next match is on M2 Saturday and there is also a match on M1 on Monday.
