50 anglers turned out for the 7th annual Ken Roberts Memorial match on the Grebe and Heron pools near Wolvey (next to Makins)

It was an overcast day but thankfully no rain!!!!!
A lot of fish were still spawning but the frame still made excellent reading.

Winner Paul Randle fished maggot at 3metres to take carp up to 16lb, Lance Glover fished method and punched meat up against the island for 2nd place, while 3rd placed Jim smith caught on pellet waggler
