Winning method, fed 4mm pellets at 7 mtrs, fishing corn or expander pellet over the top ( thanks redfin ),also top 2 sections out fishing paste, and fishing maggot on the drop also on the top 2.Fishing 7mtrs very difficult in very windy conditions, must keep bait going in or bites start to slow, had a bite straight after feeding a pot of pellets after every 2 fish.

Cheers Roy,

I know the inside produces, but usually not until the last couple of hours (big fish usually), but i'm looking to add those bonus few pound before then. I'm thinking pellet wag', what do you think

Have caught well on wag there before depends on the peg. I woould say give it a try on pegs 3 to 6 and the ones opposite, also pole shallow.

Hi redfin, hope you have a good day on sycamore tomorrow, have not had a contest on there before but if its anything like the old pool i just put plenty of corn and meat in the margins with a few pellets and some maggots, non stop all contest, corn or expander on the hook, good luck. ps let me know how you get on, bit worried about all the rumours of a fish kill, hope these are not true got another contest on the old pool 16th august.
