Default James Maude Linden AC @ Springwood Fisheries

2nd August 2008 and the 20 trepid anglers took to the road on their journey south to the lovely setting of Springwood fishery. A bacon sarnie and mug of tea set the guys up for a days fishing. But this one was going to be a tough one, with a big weight not on the scales looking at the match avereges the winner could come from anywere, with the vast majority having never fished this venue before so it made for an interesting match, we had the whole lake so some spare pegs. Plenty of fish around but albeit shy of bites and loads of lost fish also, but our man inform at the moment Wayne Jerram took the honours with 29lb from peg 20 caught down the margins.
The results are as follows:
Name: Peg: Weight:
Wayne Jerram 20 29lb-6oz
Dave Sewell 18 22lb-1oz
Alan Cox 28 17lb
Ashley Skeldon 27 15lb-13oz
John Evans 16 14lb-9oz
Terry Cheeseman 14 14lb-12oz (wormmaster) T/A member
Tony Smith 1 12lb-15oz
Billy Harrison 17 10lb-14oz (weldec) T/A member
Richard Brown 15 10lb-7oz (richard,brown270)
Kevin Brown 23 9lb-11oz
Lenny Burton 3 8lb-4oz
Nick Heath 11 8lb-1oz (cheekybrat) T/A member
Pete Lambert 26 6lb-4oz
Terry Wiggins 5 5lb-2oz
