Thumbs up Poplars result from riddings

Hi lads the result from the pops match at Riddings was
1st Mike astbury(silverback) 102lb from peg 29 corn down the edge (lots of it) and method to the edge of the island fishing corn on the hook
2nd Markwhiteside (goldenarm i think) 90lb from peg 7 corn down the edge and method to the island fishing corn on the hook
3rd Ray astbury (Bushy) 66lb from peg 13 worm and caster up in the water and down the edge
lots of good backup weights
weather was terrible very windy and pouring rain.
Good venue for any club with fish on every peg, easy to get to and a cafe on site. The only bad thing was that to get to the other pools on site they had to come down the pool we had our match on and at times it became a real pain.apart from that everyone had a great day out. Thanks to everyone for the info especially Chris phillips .Tight lines Ray
