Default Results for Lake John, Essex, Big Lake, 6th August 08

Weather Conditions :- Light Breeze early, hot in the afternoon

Number Fished :- 20

Results:-

Paul Reddy takes his first victory at the lake and enjoys stopping the Hart's at the own feeder approach... Paul Reddy, Simpsons of Turnford, peg 32, 71-4-0

Paul was fishing the pole with no real success and after getting balled out for chucking to the island by the Harts ( its not allowed from this peg he then put out the feeder just past his pole line and "bingo", he didn't look back with corn hair rigged to the hook and a fish meal based ground bait loaded with corn Paul just plugged away on his under arm shorter pole line probably 7m from the bank, one carp in and another escaped but it was that bag of bream and tench that really made the weight, well done Paul

Alan Hart, Lake John, peg 38, 66-4-0
Alan could not moan at this draw but you know that there would have been a bit of him that would have done, and then he would have moaned about being second long pole for Alan with a vitalin spiked ground bait, and worm to the hook with a grain of corn being introduced somewhere as well, skimmers and bream

Matthew Hart, Princess Alexandra Hospital, peg 29, 65-0-0
In his Dad's shadow this week in yet another close run match this in a typical match at the lake now with all contenders only a couple of fish from the, huge ground bait feed would have been Mat's approach and worm and corn to the hook just like his dear old Dad...

Paul Law, Talk Angling, peg 36, 55-4-0

Darren Sparrow, Viscount Angling, peg 9, 52-8-0

Sam Hart, Princess Alexandra hospital, peg 13, 43-4-0

20 fished
