Hiya Homer,
Ya i heard that rumour too lol. i swear if i draw that lake again i will set up camp on it. but i can't complain really wit a 2nd on the last league round. at least this sundays round i won't have the mickey taken out of me from Mr Dudley if i draw it again with him bein in white acre's. Mind i would prefer to be on the cobble with the weather forcast. its not goin to be any beta than last time, in fact it looks worse. ha the joy.

well zone
i hope you have got a strong brolly, strong pole and a tight hat for in the morning coz it will be 80mph winds on peg 15 on the ghost. only joking mate you will draw peg 8 on the heron with the wind blowing a 2gm rig up the bank. lol
i recon their will be a few not bother tomorrow due to the weather forcast, so hopefully we will be on some decent pegs with the wind over our backs, if not we can allways chuck the feeder out and watch that tip blowing about in the wind. lovely.
anyway im gonna get off now and make some 5gm lollypop rigs up.lol.
good luck mate
catch ya later

well done in round five zone you really made them have it. second best weight on the complex, that result will come in handy if it goes to a weight count back.
im sure if you could have presented the pole for the full five hours you would have been looking at 50lb no problem.
i fished the pole for as long as i coluld but it was making some cracking and creeking noises which sounded expensive, so i peeled the brolly from round my ears and set the bomb up. (roll on summer)
lets hope the elements are a little kinder for round six.
here is the overall leader board with two worst results dropped.
(PLEASE NOTE THIS IS ONLY MY CALCULATION FROM BACK TRACKING OVER THE PREVIOUS RESULTS POSTED. NOT FROM THE ORIGIONAL BOARD IN THE CAFE, BUT IT GIVES YOU AN IDEA JUST HOW CLOSE THE LEAGUE IS)
1ST A. KNIGHT 3 POINTS
2ND A. BAILEY, G. LAVENDER, B. LARDER, 4 POINTS
3RD P. CARLIN 5 POINTS
4TH W. LEIGH, P. STEVENSON 6 POINTS
5TH J. DUDLEY 7 POINTS
6TH B. OLIVER 9 POINTS
7TH A. SPICK, G. WEBSTER 10 POINTS
8TH P. BARLOW 12 POINTS
