It is elasticated but I will need to check with what. Not sure why you're tackle shop would charge £30 and decent one only charges around £6!

Hi there, im looking for a cheap starter pole. Will it need elasticating? Only reason i ask is that my local tackle shop charge £30 to elasticate each kit!
