alright mate you gave me some advice about island pool at manor and ive done k on there and fished a few thursday opens on there now but with the weather going cold now should i still fish the pellet method and feed 4 mill soft pellet on my pole line or should i change to smaller hooks and line and fish maggot?

Hello Fordy...Got a match coming up at Manor Farm Island...Believe they catch well on a Maggot Feeder on this Pool ??
Can you fill me in on a typical set-up please...Do you get through much bait on here?... Or is it a softly-softly approach needed...Thanks in advance DaceAce

thanks for the info on manor farm last week mate...had 38 pound which wasnt bad has 42 pound won the match ...ive put my name down for the open tomorrow ill prob get nowhere but you never know any advice on island pool cheers again....

Hows it going ford. went out 2 weeks ago on the mighty arrow i was 2nd with 21lb of chub 28 won. apart from that not been out, gonna go tunnel sunday tho. how about you mate? been out? where you fishing the weekend?
