Simon, the carp average 1.5lb - 2lb apiece. There are smaller ones (10 - 12oz) and there are the odd bigger fish. The biggest fish in the lake is about 7lb.

The match lake (Cedar) is a snake lake of 80 pegs. It is more or less 13m from your platform across to the island.

Had a chat with 'The Old Lad' - Jonny Kenning tonight. He has told me to fish maggot across all match. Gonna give it a go and see what happens.
