Default Two muppets and a Mo!

Decided to have a days pleasure fishing at sion farm today, having never fished there before but hearing more and more good comments on the silver fish sport there i decided to pop down, le mo(venue expert) and golum look'a'like rive t

all of us decided to fish caster short for roach and pellet long for the skimmers it was a very busy day! both rive t and le mo hooking into a couple of early carp, before the roach and skimbob's having a go!

here are a few pictures of final catch shots, fantastic nets for the time of year!

as you can see im not the best with the camera, but you can still make out a quality net of around 30lb! for rive t he did have 2 8lb carp to go with this but deciding not to retain in keep nets,

le mo with another 30lb net of skimmers and roach, also having one carp of around 10lb

and i think im going to give myself a 40lb+ net for these lot, having hooking and losing a foul hooked carp i cant believe i have been to a carp fishery not caught a carp and actually enjoyed myself!

Pleasure mate it suits you. When you going down there again I love Sion but never get much chance to fish it these days. I fished a match about 6 years ago there and it was won with 122lb all silvers october time aswell, trust me to go for the carp that day. Great catches there lads well jealous with spending the day at work.

Typical Golum. Scrabbling around in the mud for fish.
