Can anyone tell me which is the best program to download videos from youtube or similar streaming site then burn to a disk....?

I have downloaded REALPLAYER which then downloads and saves in REALPLAYER library,,no problem there,but when I try to copy to a disk I cant as it then asks me for £20 for a download so I can burn...

Is there any other software that wil enable me to download streaming vids and then either burn to a disk or save on a memory stick ?

I do have NERO installed,can I use this ?
