Hargreaves and Lampard are both ruled according to SKy sports .
Why change?
they played as a team rather than a bunch of individuals.

The team played with pride, nobody let us down, players like richards, barry and heskey proved their critics wrong by playing with pride and passion. We have lacked that in certain games, and the big names keep getting picked.Play the same team.If mcclaren changes the team and they lose then everyone will want him sacked. He can justify selecting the same team because of how well they performed.Richards like heskey is big and strong and can rough the russians up.Barry will split their defence open, and his corners are second to none.makes me proud to be a villa fan.KEEP THE SAME TEAM MAC

We should stroll through it easily. Our only threat is if the russian's play Anna Kournikova, quick and cracking upfront

If hesky scores on wednesday and plays well again, then his value will shoot up.Seem to remember the bluenoses thought they had mugged wigan when they sold him.Maybe wigan are a bit cuter than they thought. On the team selection it looks like hargreaves is out,so i think the same team it will be.Looking forward to it.

How many goals did Heskey score the season before last , how many last season, answer for you Villa fans about 7 or 8. Birmingham City were relagated season before last on the back of his prolific record, Wigan just about escaped that fate, does that not tell you something Heskey dont score very many, and I cant see any of the top four or five clubs coming in for him even if he gets a hat trick tomorrow.

Apparently according to Mclaren he has hinted that theres gonna be changes in tomorrows team selection god knows why??? He puts it down to being stiffer opposition... So which of his superstars has been declared fit again that he cant bear to drop (lampard, hargreaves, crouch) if any of these play after the other days performance it stinks

would just like to say what an excellent performance by England tonight and it has restored my interest in international football again. Lets just hope Mclaren now has the balls to stick with his winning team and not bring back the superstars on name alone

Wink

Players done their bit, but have doubts about Ashley Cole.
McClaren still has to go.
