Is it a good thing or bad thing to be to serious in life? I have been told to chill out more and not to take things to serious, what do you think.

have to agree, i think lots of us take things to serious these days. i need to chill also, i'm up & down at work doing 100's of miles a day, getting run ragged & i don't get owt for it my missus says i need to slow down alot.
