Has anyone just watched Riverside Cottage goes fishing? It was the last one in the series where he has been going round the coast trying different sea fish for eating/cooking which I have been enjoying.

Until tonight where he has promoted organically reared CARP (in a blokes pond feeding the water cow sh*t) for a future alternative for sea fish, even stating certain fishmongers to try and buy them from (ie oriental/eastern European).

Now is it me or are there not unscrupulous people out there who will know certain lakes/waters where carp are readily available and as daft as it sounds even creating black market for fish in run up to christmas for certain people who see this as a acceptable meal in there country.

How long before we see it in the supermarkets along with there new Polish sections.

Apologies for rant but sometimes.............................

I HAVE JUST WATCHED IT AND SENT THIS MESSAGE OUT SHOULD DO WHAT THEY DID TO GORDAN RAMSEY BUT WITH SEA FISH GUTS FROM ALREADY DEAD FISH

Just watched river cottage gone fishing and he is promoting that carp should be used as food there is also a carp farm producing carp as food. This is all we need we are trying to deal with polish and other nationalities stealing our fish from our water to use as food then he comes and encourages more people to do the thing where trying to tackle
