iam in scunthorpe , about 25 miles from epi centere , scared the hell out of us , the whole house was shaking , sounded like there was a train running through the house ,

I live in Blackburn,almost 100 miles away and I felt it,I thought a train was coming through the bedroom.

We had a really massive rumble just north of Doncaster and it went on for about a minute ... the missis woke me up screaming like it was the end of the world saying what the hell is going on. I said to her its an earthquake love, she says - it can't be we live in England.... I replied - well then it must be an alien spaceship landing in the field - at which point she heads for the window! OK she was panicing a bit but I did have a good chukkle!
