Close to my home is a hostel that looks after recovering alcoholics drug addicts & gamblers, I see them on a regular basis if I'm in my front garden, They are always polite when they walk by sometimes the drunks have a wobble on but on the hole well behaved. The druggies on the other hand are a bit brazen when collecting their fix what ever it is, They stand at the bus stop and wait for the dealer get picked up do their deal whilst driving to the next stop were they get dropped off. The police have been notified of whats happening and they said get the registration of the car as far as I know they've had this but it's still happening 18 months, aren't they reliable

the police are a waste of time,but dont worry most of the druggies will be dead in a few years and the drunks probably hit by the buses the druggies use

I agree about the police being a waste of time, my neighbour reported a dealer selling drugs to young kids, the cops asked for a description of him, my neighbour obliged and their answer was "OH, we know him, we thought it was someone new " and that's the truth.

Rather harsh Andy I thought, The problem is not the alcoholics or the drug users it's the dealers. As far as I'm aware their the only ones braking the law & they are the ones the police should shoot down like dogs.
