I agree with brian font is to small it is a bit of a strain reading posts, also i use the "latest posts" to see whats going on this doesn't appear to be on the new style.

There is an old saying "if its not broken don't fix it" some other forums have changed there layouts and the users dropped of because they didn't like the layout, but you are going about it the right way by asking for feedback.

I'm loving the new black colour! Nice one Simon, it looks and is much easier on the eye!

Latest Posts = New Posts on the new version.

Not anticipating moving to the new design until everyone is happy with it. will try to address the font size and make it slightly bigger for you.

The Dark side is fine, quite nostalgic actually as it reminds me in a small way of the format of the previous site.

I have played with this new version and the previous two and still prefere Trigo

The main reason for this is the overall layout the ads down the left side push everything to the right which in turn shrinks the actual text area for posts, and the font is a tad small

If the ads were at the bottom and not so in your face it would solve that for me. My eyes are not the best and to increase the resolution would probably force scroll bars
The colours are vibrant and refreshing and look good although maybe a little gamey and bordering on a high tech feel,

I don't dislike it but given the choice would choose one of the others
