try William Fair of 'Fair Fisheries' on 01630655037, have used him several times and cant speak highly enough about the guy, good fish paper work spot on and the EA like him.
He owns and runs Hampton Springs i think its classed as south Chesire way.

Eddie Brown at Furnace Mill deals in fish.Mick Mason at Woodlands used to, he may still do it.

go on google go type in hampton spings fishery he deals in fish sales suppose to be the best.
